Cancellation Policy /Refund Policy
1. All refund, return, and exchange requests shall be entertained only if the product is subject to the following condition:
A. No signs of seal break, no removal of tags and labels, No damage of any kind, is in saleable condition with the original receipt.
B. Damage due to any neglect, wrong application, or improper usage will not be covered under the policy.
C. Items will be eligible for exchange and return within 10 working days from the day of product delivery.
2. Return and exchange requests will be acted upon after checking and vetting by the PurpleSoul team.
3. Once your return and exchange requests are accepted by us, the process will be completed within 7 -21 working days.
4. No refund shall be made once the products are sold. No exchange and return on discounted items or items bought on coupon.
5. In case the customer has purchased an item that has a gift/offer associated with it and wishes to return the main item, then they will have to return the free product as well in its original packaging and with no damage.
6. There will be no return on the purchase of set of perfume boxes. Clients can get the box exchanged only and if the desired product is not available. In such cases, a credit note can be issued which is valid for 6 months.
7. PurpleSoul will not be responsible for any incorrect fund transfer against returns arising due to erroneous input/details provided by the customers. The customer takes complete responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided for returns.
